Job summary

Gaslight Property Management LTD. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team responsible for keeping our apartment communities safe, clean, and fully functional.

You’ll oversee repairs, coordinate work orders, and mentor technicians to deliver high‑quality service. This full‑time on‑site role in Cincinnati requires 5+ years in repair and at least 2 years of leadership, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 2 years leadership experience supervising a team
• 5+ years general repair and maintenance experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–5 technicians to maintain apartment communities
• Oversee repairs and coordinate work orders to ensure timely completion
• Provide hands-on maintenance support across plumbing, HVAC, drywall, electrical and appliances
• Ensure high standards of service and safety for residents

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for keeping our apartment communities safe, beautiful, and running efficiently. From coordinating work orders to solving maintenance challenges, you’ll be the go-to expert who keeps everything moving.

You’ll oversee repairs, guide technicians, and ensure our residents experience the high standard of service Gaslight is known for.

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical skill and leadership ability.

• Minimum2 years leadership experience leading a team of 3–5 individuals
• 5+ years experience in general repair and maintenance
• Hands-on experience in:
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Drywall
• Electrical
• Appliance Repair
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Working smartphone
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

$26-30 per hour based on experience
