We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Park at Springdale.

Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who is HVAC / EPA Certified. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily property maintenance, including HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff.
• Delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Review and order parts or schedule services for resident repairs.
• Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, and work on doors, cabinets, and closets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience and 7 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC / EPA licensed, with the ability to work overtime.
• Own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely with proper tools.
• Availability for emergency on-call schedule.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Background screening and drug testing required.
