The role offers a $1000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment and a comprehensive benefits package. You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to be eligible.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• At least 3 years of Multi-Family experience.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance coverage.
• CPO, HVAC, and EPA Certification (preferred).
