Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to oversee on-site property maintenance, improve operations and support retention and occupancy goals at Contour at NoDa. You will manage maintenance teams, ensure safety and budget adherence, and coordinate schedules, vendor contracts, and inspections to keep the community in top condition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Maintenance
• Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor
• HVAC certified
• Pool certification
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance within the maintenance team.
• Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow.
• Troubleshoot and implement cost-saving techniques and recommend improvements.
• Lead in the management, training and retention of quality employees.
• Consistently review pending work orders and allocate the map properly.
• Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages.
• Facilitate property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts with vendors and conducting property inspections.
• Review turns and make-readys schedule and delegate work to proper workgroups.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property.

Responsibilities
