Responsibilities

This is what you’ll do:

• Direct and oversee maintenance staff, ensuring all areas of the community are maintained.
• Monitor, support, and improve team performance by assisting with skill development.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Work hands-on to ensure market-ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance is performed accurately and timely.
• Obtain bids and interact with contractors, being knowledgeable of competitive pricing of supplies.
• Collaborate with Property Manager in managing community budget and expenditures in all areas of maintenance.
