Responsibilities
This is what you’ll do:
- Direct and oversee maintenance staff, ensuring all areas of the community are maintained.
- Monitor, support, and improve team performance by assisting with skill development.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Work hands-on to ensure market-ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance is performed accurately and timely.
- Obtain bids and interact with contractors, being knowledgeable of competitive pricing of supplies.
- Collaborate with Property Manager in managing community budget and expenditures in all areas of maintenance.
Qualifications

Some things we can’t live without are:
- Five years of apartment management and supervisor experience.
- Ability to direct, motivate, train, and develop subordinates.
- Type II A/C Certification or Universal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
