Position: Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support the Maintenance department. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, staffing, and supervising departmental operations, as well as maintaining the physical plant—interior and exterior of the building, heating and cooling systems, and departmental equipment. The role involves coordinating maintenance services with related departments, supervising maintenance assistants if applicable, maintaining documentation, and coordinating personnel actions with the Administrator.

1. Participate in Department Head and corporate meetings as scheduled.
2. Collaborate with the facility management team.
3. Serve as Weekend Manager as scheduled.
4. Respond to emergency situations as necessary.

Qualifications

• Training and experience in environmental control, physical plant maintenance, and operation and repair of equipment such as refrigeration, air conditioning, generators, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward the elderly and disabled.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
