Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at Cape Girardeau properties. This full-time on-site role requires hands-on supervision, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry, and a commitment to safety and resident satisfaction.

You will oversee inspections, prioritize repair requests, mentor staff, manage supplies, and coordinate with the property manager to deliver reliable service and a positive living

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (HVAC, plumbing) will be an advantage.
