Job summary

Princeton Management in Missouri is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technicians, groundskeepers, and staff, coordinating daily activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.

You will inspect apartments and common areas, enforce safety guidelines, mentor staff, and maintain inventory while delivering high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (HVAC, plumbing) will be an advantage.
