Duties and Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage all maintenance personnel at Stone City and Headquarters
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance on machinery
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on machinery
  • Expected to communicate and work with production supervisors/team leaders
  • Required to have the ability to read electrical diagrams
  • Effectively communicate with machine manufacturers
  • Responsible for training, evaluating performance, and disciplining personnel within the guidelines established in the Employee Handbook
  • Oversee personnel and machinery to ensure they are operated in a safe and correct manner
  • Identify areas of improvement and offer solutions as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Must be mentally alert and capable of remembering faces, names, oral instructions, equipment in the department.
  • Environmental conditions: Temperature varies widely with seasonal changes and a high level of noise.
