Rental Asset Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of a multifamily community and actively perform preventive and corrective work alongside the maintenance team.
This role blends leadership with daily technical tasks, overseeing vendor coordination, assigning work, monitoring progress, and personally handling work orders, unit turns, and emergency repairs to keep the property safe, fully operational, and well maintained.
Qualifications
- EPA Certification (Refrigerant Handling) required.
- 5+ years in apartment maintenance with supervisory or lead responsibilities.
- Ability to supervise operations while performing hands-on work.
- Experience managing vendors and maintenance budgets.
- Familiarity with work order systems (Yardi, HappyCo).
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, painting, and building systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours and weekends on-call.
