Pedcor Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a single 34-unit property in Bloomington, IN. This is a regular full-time role working closely with the Property Manager to ensure housing units are well-maintained and functions stay optimal.

The position requires on-site responsibilities, including full apartment turns and painting, with a structured on-call rotation (three weeks monthly with one week off).

About this Specific Position:

• This position is for Maintenance Supervision of a single 34-unit property.
• This position is for a solo maintenance individual who will work directly with the Property Manager.
• The Maintenance Supervisor in this position will be responsible for full apartment turns, including painting units, etc.
• This individual in this position will be on call three weeks out of the month, with one week off the on-call rotation each month.
