Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff activities including repairs, installations, service requests, and groundskeeping.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance team members, ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards.
• Conduct safety inspections, address unsafe practices, and train staff on chemical, supplies, and equipment handling.
• Lead safety and departmental meetings, participate in community events, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Manage departmental budget, ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines.
• Prepare project specifications, solicit bids, and oversee vendor work quality and compliance.
• Order supplies efficiently, maintain inventory, and ensure timely completion of service requests and maintenance projects.
• Use Yardi Mobile to update and close service requests.
• Troubleshoot and train staff on trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems.
• Ensure all safety policies and OSHA regulations are followed, maintaining a safe environment for staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with large teams.
• Strong knowledge in trades including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with management, vendors, and residents.
• Proficiency with small tools, electrical work, and basic machinery repair.
• Basic computer skills; mobile device and PC operation.
• Valid license may be required; availability for on-call and emergency work; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
