Job summary

The Wildbirch Hotel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff, and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance programs to keep the property in optimal condition.

This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and the ability to manage multiple work orders in a fast-paced hotel environment. On-site responsibilities and attention to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance work orders and projects.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and facilities.
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance concerns.
  • Assist with budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at the Wildbirch Hotel. This position is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the overall condition and functionality of the property.
