Job summary

Woodside Energy in Houston seeks a Senior Maintenance Leader to provide strategic direction to maintenance teams, focusing on HSE, quality, cost management and timely delivery of activities.

The role requires extensive experience in maintenance processes, SAP CMMS knowledge, budgeting and project execution for large-scale operations, with a track record of building capable teams and delivering top-quartile outcomes.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or higher education in a relevant field.
• Strong competence in maintenance processes and SAP CMMS.
• Experience in budgeting, costing and project management.
• Ability to lead a multi-discipline team and influence at all levels.
• 10+ years in a similar maintenance/leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE and sustainability initiatives for maintenance execution.
• Deliver safe, efficient and high-quality maintenance outcomes.
• Develop and forecast annual budgets for maintenance teams.
• Define and implement new ways of working to improve performance.
• Support maintenance build and review EPC/maintenance contractor deliverables.
