Job summary

Woodside Energy seeks a senior maintenance leader to guide HSE, sustainability and reliability across maintenance activities. You will drive budgeting, multi-discipline collaboration and continuous improvement while ensuring safe, high-quality delivery.

With 10+ years in similar roles, you will influence across the organisation, manage costs, and develop teams for long-term performance in LNG operations and complex projects.

Qualifications

• Tradecertificate or higher education or professional qualification.
• Competence in maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of SAP CMMS.
• Maintenance/project management knowledge (HSEQ, planning, costing, materials, risk, contracting & resourcing).
• Budgeting and project execution for large scale events.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team and influence across organisation.
• Knowledge of LNG operations, processes and equipment.
• 10+ years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE and Sustainability for maintenance activities.
• Ensure teams deliver safely, efficiently and to high reliability.
• Forecast and manage the annual budgets for the teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality delivery in maintenance.
• Develop team capabilities and succession planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including EPC/maintenance contractors.
