Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Maintenance Manager to provide senior leadership over the maintenance division, setting strategy, budget, staffing plans, and performance targets. This role directs the division’s strategy through Maintenance Supervisors who run daily field operations and client walkthroughs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Sets and tracks maintenance KPIs (property grading, crew productivity, client retention, add-on revenue).
Manages the maintenance division budget, labor cost planning, and profitability.
Develops scheduling framework and staffing levels with Supervisors for day-to-day execution.
Reviews contract scope and billable add-ons to align with standard client contracts.
Oversees vendor/subcontractor relationships and licensing for non-base work.
Monitors for scope creep and unbilled work; corrects with Supervisors to protect revenue.
Partners with Supervisors to resolve escalated client or property issues.
Reports performance and financial results to ownership/executive leadership.
Collaborates with Construction/Design/Masonry on cross-division scheduling and resources.
Develops training programs and career-path planning for maintenance staff.
