Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in computerized stockroom ordering and inventory.
• Familiar with computerized inventory systems and maintenance parts.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to operate a forklift; certification within one month after hire.
• Intermediate computer skills; Microsoft Word and Excel.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong team player with good communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for work orders and maintenance notifications; maintain filing and paperwork.
• Purchase requisitions creation, vendor interactions, and AP requests.
• Receive inbound materials via SAP; ensure proper storage locations.
• Perform physical inventory counts using an RF scanner.
• Maintain organized storage areas and label items appropriately.
• Coordinate vending machine needs and employee access.
• Operate company vehicles, including forklift, for deliveries and pickups.
• Backup Maintenance Planner: update work orders and material requirements.
• Support maintenance scheduling and planning to improve reliability.
• Assist with development of work plans to support production schedules.
• Maintain records for preventative maintenance and ensure parts availability.
• Identify obsolete/defective inventory for review; communicate issues.
