We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Staff / Maintenance Technician to maintain the hotel's guest rooms, facilities, equipment, and building systems. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
The successful candidate will help ensure that the hotel remains safe, functional, clean, and comfortable for guests and employees.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, back‑of‑house areas, and equipment.
Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical repairs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
Assist with the installation, replacement, and repair of equipment and fixtures.
Maintain accurate records and logs of completed maintenance work.
Respond to emergency situations, including power outages, water leaks, and plumbing issues.
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required.
Maintain maintenance tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of hotel facilities and infrastructure.
Identify potential maintenance problems and address them before they become major issues.
Previous hotel, facility, commercial building, or general maintenance experience preferred.
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to respond effectively to maintenance emergencies.
