Job summary

The Ghoman Group is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Person for our Indianapolis area property. You will maintain the hotel’s infrastructure, supervise maintenance staff, and plan renovations and repairs to keep facilities safe and functional for guests and employees.

Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is essential. The role requires an organized, proactive approach and adherence to health and safety standards. In-person interview only.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is essential.
• Experience in hotel maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel facilities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Plan routine maintenance across rooms, lobbies and facilities.
• Organize repair projects to minimize guest disturbances.
• Plan and oversee renovations and construction when needed.
• Respond quickly to emergencies (e.g. power outages).
• Identify ways to reduce operating costs and conserve energy.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and Janitors.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

Maintenance Person

Pay Rate : $14 - $18 per hour

Job responsibilities :

We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance Person to take care of our hotel’s infrastructure (e.g. buildings, electricity.) You will manage maintenance personnel and plan various renovation and repair projects.

In this role, you should be organized and proactive. Familiarity with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is essential. If you’re also committed to meeting health and safety standards, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to ensure our hotel premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike.

• Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards

• Plan and oversee renovations and construction
• Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)
