Job Details: Job Location: OSHKOSH, WI 54901, Position Type: Part Time, Assists Property with maintenance of building and grounds. Duties include, but not limited to: Cleaning and maintaining HVAC units, filters, belts, sheaves. Maintaining pool filters, pumps, heaters, chemical balance, and plumbing. Grass cutting, irrigation, fertilizing, and aeration. Light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry work. Sidewalk snow removal. Mechanical repairs of lawn maintenance equipment, ice resurfacing machine, chain saw, etc.

Responsible for grass cutting and trimming. Janitorial services of ice arena and locker rooms. Maintain flowers and shrubs. Help with snow blowing and shoveling. Other small maintenance tasks as assigned by Property Manager.
