Wickenburg Ranch Club in Wickenburg, AZ is seeking a full-time Maintenance Staff to join Troon’s hospitality-focused team. You will perform repairs, maintenance, and upkeep across buildings and grounds.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and maintain regular attendance. Compensation is $16.00 per hour with benefits including healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, and PTO.

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds.
• Maintains exterior cleanliness and appearance, including trash, sweeping, litter pickup, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Performs interior and exterior painting.
• Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
• Cleans windows.
• Performs event setup and teardown.
• Performs other duties as required.

Compensation

$16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including, but not limited to, emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Performs interior and exterior painting.
• Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
• Cleans windows.
• Performs event setup and teardown.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
