Job summary

PGA National Resort & Spa is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to perform daily tennis and pickleball court maintenance, light repairs, and janitorial duties on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Candidate must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working outdoors in varying weather, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Prior tennis court maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of tennis and pickleball courts including sweeping, debris removal, pressure washing, painting, sweeping, and other assigned tasks.
• Prepares the tennis and pickleball courts for daily play. Notifies the Tennis Shop front desk of daily court conditions.
• Repairs fences, sprinklers, tennis and pickleball nets and windscreens as needed. Records all work completed in log book.
• Maintain clear communication with members, management, and other associates.
