Job summary

Pgaresort in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a Maintenance Staff member for full-time duties. The role focuses on maintaining tennis and pickleball courts and surrounding areas, performing general repairs, and operating light maintenance machinery.

Responsibilities include daily court maintenance, court preparation for play, repairing fences and nets, and logging all work. The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds, outdoor work in all weather, and a flexible weekend/holiday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Willing to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
• Must have ability to multi task.
• Possess a valid FL driver’s license with driving history to meet insurability standards
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of tennis and pickleball courts including but not limited to sweeping, lining, debris removal, pressure washing, painting, sweeping, and other assigned tasks.
• Prepares the tennis and pickleball courts for daily play. Notifies the Tennis Shop front desk of daily court conditions.
• Repairs fences, sprinklers, tennis and pickleball nets and windscreens as needed. Records all work completed in log book.
• Maintain clear communication with members, management, and other associates.
