Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of full-time Building Maintenance staff. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Conduct interior and exterior painting.
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor.
• Clean windows.
• Set up and takedown event equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Able to climb ladder.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
