Initiate, develop, and implement plant improvement projects. Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical direction and maintenance expertise to Maintenance or Contract personnel on all system issues. Support and coordinate processes (such as Maximo, Living Maintenance Strategy, Event Learning, etc.). Develop and monitor budgets (current, 5-year, & 20-year) for process and equipment needs. Provide support for Team Leaders and the Engineering/Performance department as necessary. This position is associated with System A (Ash Handling) and System B (Air & Gas); however, system assignments will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications. Therefore, the selected candidate may be assigned to a different system.
