Job summary

Maintenance Person role at a McDonald’s restaurant operates under an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. You will support management in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and in good repair, and assist with maintaining restaurant equipment, with duties such as cleaning, stocking, and following safety procedures to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Starting wage is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, contingent on experience, with benefits such as Archways to Opportunity education,

Qualifications

• Maintenance work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to clean, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Ability to unload deliveries and handle basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
