Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

  • Work with team and individually to complete maintenance functions
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in all areas of the plant without assistance.
  • Follow safety procedures including but not limited to LOTO, Fall prevention, confined space, NFPA 70E
  • Properly document work orders, projects, and tasks in eMaint CMMS systems.
  • Maintain all production equipment in a safe manner. This includes both mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform machine installations and modifications, as necessary.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment.
  • Read and understand Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics.
  • Install and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
  • Investigate malfunctions of electrical components, such as starters, relays, switches, photo-electrics, and other components.
  • Perform other assignments

What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of using CMMS preferably eMaint
  • Ability to troubleshoot using electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  • Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with peers and management
  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to operate within a team environment.
  • 5+ Years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
  • Experience installing and setting parameters in VFD controllers
  • Experience installing and programming HMIs
  • Experience with ethernet and wireless communication
  • Experience with motor drive controls

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand and walk for an entire shift on concrete, up to 12 hours
  • Twist, bend, stoop and kneel
  • Lift, push, pull, and move up to 75lbs individually or 150lbs with a partner
  • Grasp, squeeze, hold/handle thin to thick metal, small & large items
  • Requires reaching, handling and grasping while turning of upper body while moving and lifting
  • Visual acuity to inspect product for various quality flaws and to ensure equipment is in safe working condition
  • Proper wear of all required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Work in temperatures consistent with outdoor climate conditions and hot machinery (Heat, humidity, etc.)
