OBE is seeking an Industrial Process Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install production equipment in our Texas facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborates with operations teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance.

Competenze

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing; aluminum extrusion or metal manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, industrial automation, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Get to Do

The Industrial Process Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
