Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist, located in Hudson, WI. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repairs, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting and maintaining transportation equipment, ensuring the operational safety of the fleet, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Proficient in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and overall Maintenance
Experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks
Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Relevant certifications in maintenance or equipment repair are a plus
