Job summary

Infirmary Health is seeking a maintenance technician to perform general and preventive maintenance to keep plant operations safe and efficient. The role requires hands-on work across multiple crafts, including electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, with focus on reliable equipment operation.

Candidates should have 2 of the most recent 4 years’ maintenance experience, be proficient with a volt/ohmmeter, and hold an unrestricted U.S.

Qualifications

• 2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience performing maintenance duties in a specialty craft.
• Proficient in the use of a volt/Ohmmeter.
• Completion of an Apprenticeship Program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry OR 2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience performing maintenance duties.
• Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Involves maintenance, repair, fabrication, and installation of equipment in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience performing maintenance duties in a specialty craft

Proficient in the use of a volt/Ohmmeter

One of the following:

• Completion of an Apprenticeship Program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry
• 2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience performing maintenance duties

And

Working knowledge of a minimum of 2 of the following crafts:

• Maintenance Mechanics
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• Painting

HVAC/Refrigeration

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license
