Job summary

Shannon Health is seeking a maintenance professional to perform and oversee moderately complex preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, including mechanical and refrigeration equipment. You will work under minimal supervision and apply knowledge of electrical and mechanical system operation.

Experience with building maintenance, plant operations, and related construction is required, with five years of technical education related to maintenance.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in building maintenance, plant operation, construction, or related field.
• Five years of technical education related to maintenance (may be required for some positions).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair moderately complex building systems, including mechanical and refrigeration equipment.
• Understand general building construction and operate/maintain electrical and mechanical systems.

Job description

Under minimal supervision, performs as well as maintains moderately complex preventative and corrective building systems. This includes but is not limited to mechanical equipment repair and maintenance, refrigeration equipment maintenance, industrial equipment maintenance & operation, general knowledge of electrical and mechanical system operation. Understands general building construction.
