Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to support manufacturing and assembly operations. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial equipment to keep production lines operating safely and efficiently.

The candidate will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, applying expertise with PLCs, motors and drives, electrical and pneumatic systems, robotics, CNC equipment, and vision systems to minimize downtime and ensure

Qualifications

• No college degree required.
• Completion of an approved apprenticeship program and/or 2-year technical or trade school, OR equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining: PLC-controlled equipment, motors, drives, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, robotics and automation equipment, DC tools, camera/vision systems.
• CNC machining or CNC equipment maintenance experience and experience supporting highly automated assembly lines.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment to keep production lines operating safely and efficiently.
• Support manufacturing and assembly operations to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.

Skills and Requirements
