Papa John's is seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our headquarters. You will manage facilities staff, coordinate with operations, and ensure safety, quality workmanship and timely repair of equipment.

This role emphasizes supervising contractors, budgeting input, and maintaining grounds to support daily operations. Strong leadership and proactive maintenance are essential to keep the campus running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general maintenance of all Papa John’s headquarters buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Coordinate events on campus with vendors and keep leaders apprised of any situations that occur
• Liaise with outside contractors and facilities technician to ensure facilities and grounds are well-maintained
• Provide input into budgeting and planning process
• Supervise facilities staff and conduct timely and effective performance reviews
• Maintain organization and sanitation of maintenance parts, tools and departmental area; ensure inspections are performed
• Promote safety awareness through training, communications, follow up and by example
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental records

Job Summary

TheMaintenance Shift Supervisoris responsible forthe maintenance and upkeep ofPapa John’s headquarters. This includes maintenance and repair of all equipmentandhousekeeping and general upkeep of the property. He/shemanagesand develops facilities staff anddirectstheirproductivity,safety,quality workmanship and customer service. He/she inspectsall completed work and assistsin the development of action plansto resolve dailymaintenanceissues that arise.This role ensuresthe equipment and Campus grounds of Papa John’s headquartersare well-maintained and that operational issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the general maintenance of all PJI’s headquarters buildings, equipment and grounds
• Serve as point of contact for events on Campus, coordinating with vendors and keeping leaders apprised of any situations that occur
• Serve as liaison for outside contractors, including landscape vendor,and work with Facilities Technician to ensure facilities and grounds are well-maintained
• Provide input into the budgeting and planning process
• Superviseand trainfacilities staff,conduct timelyand effectiveperformance reviews,inspect quality of workmanship andhold regularly scheduled meetings
• Maintain organization and sanitation of maintenance parts, tools and departmental area; ensure inspections are performed
• Promote safety awareness though training, communications, follow up and by example
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental records
