Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of its headquarters in Wisconsin. This role manages facilities staff, directs safety, quality workmanship, and customer service, inspects work, and helps develop action plans to resolve daily maintenance issues, ensuring the campus stays well-maintained and operations run smoothly.

You will coordinate with vendors for events, supervise contractors, contribute to budgeting, run training and performance

Responsibilities

• Oversee general maintenance of all headquarters buildings, equipment and grounds
• Serve as point of contact for events on campus, coordinating with vendors and keeping leaders apprised of situations
• Liaise with outside contractors, including landscape vendors, to ensure facilities are well-maintained
• Provide input into budgeting and planning processes
• Supervise and train facilities staff, conduct performance reviews, inspect workmanship quality, hold meetings
• Maintain departmental records and ensure safety training and compliance

Job Summary

This includes maintenance and repair of all equipmentandhousekeeping and general upkeep of the property. He/shemanagesand develops facilities staff anddirectstheirproductivity,safety,quality workmanship and customer service. He/she inspectsall completed work and assistsin the development of action plansto resolve dailymaintenanceissues that arise.This role ensuresthe equipment and Campus grounds of Papa John’s headquartersare well-maintained and that operational issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee the general maintenance of all PJI’s headquarters buildings, equipment and grounds
• Serve as point of contact for events on Campus, coordinating with vendors and keeping leaders apprised of any situations that occur
• Serve as liaison for outside contractors, including landscape vendor,and work with Facilities Technician to ensure facilities and grounds are well-maintained
• Provide input into the budgeting and planning process
• Superviseand trainfacilities staff,conduct timelyand effectiveperformance reviews,inspect quality of workmanship andhold regularly scheduled meetings
• Maintain organization and sanitation of maintenance parts, tools and departmental area; ensure inspections are performed
• Promote safety awareness though training, communications, follow up and by example
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental records
