Furmano Foods in Northumberland, PA seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small crew, drive projects, and manage breakdowns. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and reliable plant uptime.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Electrical/Mechanical maintenance experience, an Associate degree in Electromechanical tech, and may have welding or hydraulic training. On-site, full-time position with union-friendly environment.

Formación

• A minimum of 5 years of Electrical/Mechanical experience in troubleshooting and supporting industrial machinery or as a maintenance supervisor.
• Associate degree or equivalent training in Electromechanical technology; welding, hydraulic training, and Journeyman trades training are plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience developing staff.
• Work experience in a plant maintenance environment with a focus on safety and uptime.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team to uphold plant uptime and address breakdowns.
• Shift labor planning and prioritization to respond to urgent issues.
• Drive safety and environmental compliance in maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to support operations and projects.
• Maintain utilities, buildings, and infrastructure; manage cost control efforts.
