Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician at Zen City Center in Troy, MI. You will prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, perform general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, keep grounds tidy, and support preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.
