Job summary

Arlington Properties is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician in Chesapeake, VA. You will prep apartments, respond to work orders, and perform general maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC support.

The role supports preventative maintenance, seasonal tasks, and on-call emergency coverage. We value hands-on trades experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
