Indigo Living is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to ensure apartments are ready for new residents and to support our communities around the clock. You will be part of the after-hours emergency team and may operate a company vehicle during on-call rotations.

You will collaborate with Property Managers to secure bids for repairs, manage inventory, and keep the maintenance shop well organized. A hands-on, safety-conscious mindset with a focus on service excellence is essential.

A typical Maintenance Service Technicians day might include Reviewing make ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new residents resulting in a 5 star Google review Keeping our communities running 247 by being a part of our after hours emergency team Youll get to proudly cruise around town in a GO Team company provided vehicle for 7 days during the on call rotation Partnering with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for a tree branch that just fell onto a garage roof Ordering and keeping inventory of supplies and parts in a well kept maintenance shop

The salary range for this position is 2300 2600 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
