Job summary

Indigo Living is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to help keep our communities performing at a high level. You will perform repair work, assist with make-ready processes for new residents, and participate in after-hours emergency coverage with a company-provided vehicle during on-call rotations.

You will coordinate with Property Managers on bids, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards while delivering exceptional service across our properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical duties.

Responsibilities

• Review make ready checklists to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Be part of after-hours emergency team to keep communities running 24/7.
• Drive company-provided vehicle during on-call rotation for week-long cycles.
• Partner with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices after incidents (e.g., tree affecting roof).
• Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts in a tidy shop.

A typical Maintenance Service Technicians day might include Reviewing make ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new residents resulting in a 5 star Google review Keeping our communities running 247 by being a part of our after hours emergency team Youll get to proudly cruise around town in a GO Team company provided vehicle for 7 days during the on call rotation Partnering with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for a tree branch that just fell onto a garage roof Ordering and keeping inventory of supplies and parts in a well kept maintenance shop

The salary range for this position is 2300 2600 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
