What You’ll Do

A typical Maintenance Service Technician’s day might include:

• Reviewing make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for new residents, contributing to 5-star Google reviews.
• Keeping our communities operational 24/7 by participating in our after-hours emergency team. You’ll have the opportunity to drive a company-provided vehicle during your on-call rotation.
• Partnering with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for repairs, such as a fallen tree branch onto a garage roof.
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and parts in a well-organized maintenance shop.

The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
