• Reviewing make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for new residents, aiming for 5-star Google reviews.
• Participating in our after-hours emergency team, using a company-provided vehicle during your on-call rotation.
• Partnering with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for repairs like a fallen tree branch on a garage roof.
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and parts in a well-organized maintenance shop.
