Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Hoover, AL. You’ll prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support and appliance repair.

You’ll keep grounds inviting, support preventative maintenance, and stay on-call for emergencies. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–5 years hands-on maintenance experience; EPA certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Certification is preferred.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
• Perform general maintenance: light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections; participate in seasonal tasks.
• Be on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
