Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking Service Technicians to maintain apartment communities with a proactive, customer-focused approach. In this full-time role, you will troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues to meet company standards and comply with applicable laws.

You will maintain interior and exterior areas, respond to service tickets promptly, and communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and office staff.

Qualifications

• One year of related maintenance experience.
• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.

We are seeking aService Technicianwith a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of thisapartment communitymeet both company standards and applicable laws.

As theService Technician, you will help to:

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $20.00 – $24.00
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
• Must be available and prepared for emergency events
• *Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What We’ll Expect From You:

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle

• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
