Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 265-unit community in the Fort Worth area. The role focuses on troubleshooting and timely repair of HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, with strong resident communication and service priorities.
Base pay is $22.00 per hour, plus rent discounts and commissions, benefits, and a 401(k) match. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call duties and emergency readiness.
