Morgan Properties, a national property management company, is hiring a Service Technician for its Fairways and Tory Estates portfolio. The role focuses on maintaining building systems and responding to service tickets at a 332-unit property.

Responsibilities include HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks, with on-site work hours from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, and on-call shifts. Benefits include comprehensive insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience or equivalent education/experience.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues.

Now hiring Service Technicians!

We are seeking a Service Technician with a \"Whatever It Takes\" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this 332-unit property at the Fairways and Tory Estates meet both company standards and applicable laws.

As the Service Technician, you will help to:

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $21.00 – $ 22.00/hour
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

• Paid rotating on-call participation required

What We’ll Expect From You

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
