Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ensure property standards and legal compliance inside and outside the property.
• Respond to maintenance tickets promptly.
• Follow-up with residents and office staff regarding work status.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, requiring night and weekend availability.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Residence within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, with one year of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Successful passing of criminal background check and drug screening.
