Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a PM Scheduler Planner to support reliability-based maintenance. The role partners with the Maintenance Manager to build a capable maintenance team and to perform preventive, predictive, and routine tasks across equipment.

You will manage SAP records, generate PM work orders for the next 14–28 days, monitor completion, and drive improvements through data analysis and collaboration with supervisors.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a maintenance planner or coordinator.
• Strong working knowledge of industrial maintenance and electrical functions.
• Ability to build and use a maintenance library for repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to write detailed repair reports and communicate effectively.
• Post-secondary education and/or a technical trade degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment records in SAP.
• Add (and Inactive) equipment records as equipment is installed or de-installed.
• Maintain equipment attributes to support repair analysis.
• Maintain equipment catalog profiles to drive data collection on notifications.
• Set up and maintain predictive and preventative maintenance plans in SAP.
• Generate PM work orders in SAP for the next 14–28 days.
• Monitor PM work completion and compliance with regulations.
• Release and schedule PM work orders to maintenance crews.
• Plan and schedule corrective work to maximize crew Utilization.
• Collaborate with operations to validate work priority and equipment availability.
