Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support maintenance operations at its Exeter, Pennsylvania facility. The role focuses on planning, preparing, and scheduling maintenance work to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will work with maintenance technicians, supervisors, production, procurement, and contractors to ensure work orders are properly scoped, resourced, and ready for execution. Strong SAP PM/EAM and CMMS experience is essential.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of maintenance planning in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Experience with SAP PM / CMMS / EAM systems.
Ability to estimate labor, materials, and durations for maintenance work.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience with preventive, predictive, and reliability-based maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare preventive, predictive, corrective, and planned maintenance activities.
Develop detailed maintenance work orders in SAP PM or CMMS.
Define task sequences, estimated labor hours, required skills, materials, tools, safety requirements.
Maintain and improve standardized job plans for recurring maintenance activities.
Coordinate internal maintenance staff and external contractor resources.
Create daily, weekly, and mid-term maintenance schedules.
Track schedule compliance and maintenance backlog.
