National Gypsum Company is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler Planner to coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling across operations. The role requires strong planning, CMMS familiarity, and collaboration with maintenance teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance programs, optimizing schedules, managing work orders, and ensuring safe, compliant operations. Travel up to 5% may be required; hybrid remote work is ineligible.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or equivalent technical degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant maintenance scheduling/planning experience.
• Familiarity with CMMS or similar systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities with teams, operations, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance schedules and inspect effectiveness.
• Review work orders, allocate resources and ensure accuracy of instructions.
• Create optimized schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
• Coordinate parts and inventory for maintenance activities and track stock levels.
• Document maintenance activities, histories and performance data; generate reports.
• Identify process improvements and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
