Job summary

This role serves as a liaison between maintenance technicians, management, and other departments, ensuring requests are logged, prioritized, and communicated clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to develop systems, procedures, and workflows independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or CMMS software preferred.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize MicroMain CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize maintenance work orders.
• Track maintenance schedules and maintain detailed records.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, management and vendors.
• Generate reports and communicate status.
